HALIBUT CHEEKS 
1/2 cube butter
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon, juice only
6 plus cloves garlic
2 lbs. Halibut cheeks or any other fillet except salmon

Melt butter in pan, add everything else except fish and warm thoroughly. Pour over washed and dried fish and let sit and marinate awhile, even overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Barbecue on foil (with ends of foil up) for 15 to 20 minutes. Microwave for 7 to 12 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
