HAM MOUSSE WITH MUSTARD SAUCE 
2 1/2 c. finely ground cooked ham
4 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Salt - optional

Beat until fluffy.

Whip until stiff 1/2 cup whipping cream. Fold into ham mixture. Pour into a container. Cover, then chill at least 1 hour or overnight.

To serve - may be spooned into papaya/avocado halves or melon ring or on lettuce leaf. Arrange other fruits on plate and serve with mustard sauce. Serves 6.

MUSTARD SAUCE:

Beat until fluffy: 2 tbsp. milk

Stir in: 1 tbsp. honey 2 tsp. prepared mustard

Chill until serving time.
