UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can regular size pineapple (drain, but save juice)
1 box yellow cake mix

Put cherries on bottom of pan. Add drained pineapple (save juice). Make cake mix using pineapple juice. Pour batter over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Leave in pan 5 minutes. Invert and let stand a few more minutes before removing. (Add pineapple juice to water that's used in the cake mix recipe.)
