8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. unsalted chopped peanuts

Pre-soften cream cheese. Cream all ingredients together and serve with apple slices. Alternating slices of red and yellow, centered with apple dip makes a really attractive party platter.
