1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice or pineapple juice
3 lg. apples, cubed
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. raisins

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture, toss gently. Cover and chill. Toss again before serving.
