CREAMED SHRIMP, TURKEY OR
CHICKEN
 
2 c. cooked, coarsely chopped shrimp, turkey or chicken
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped red pepper or chopped pimento
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Milk, enough to make dish the desired consistency
Little sugar, optional
1 tbsp. salad oil

Saute peppers and onions in oil. When tender but not brown, add other ingredients and heat thoroughly. Add milk if needed. Serve over rice, noodles or toasted buns or bread.
