QUICK PIGS IN A BLANKET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. head of cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. rice, reg.
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans of tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water

Chop cabbage and spread in bottom 13x9 pan. Brown meat and onions and drain. Stir in rice and seasonings, spoon over cabbage. Heat soup and water to boiling, pour over cabbage mixture. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
