1 lg. basket red peppers
3 garlic cloves

Burn red peppers on charcoal grill or use your broiler. After you've gotten the skins completely black, put them in a brown paper bag to steam themselves while cooling. After completely cooled, peel. Dry completely. Put in blender or food processor a little at a time with a couple cloves of garlic and some olive oil, enough to make a sauce. I freeze the sauce in metal cupcake pans. After they have been frozen, pop out, and put in freezer bags. They make individual servings. You may add more olive oil when cooking. Great over noodles!
