CHOCOLATE NUT PIES 
1 stick soft butter
4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
4 regular or 3 deep dish pie crusts

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating after each one is added. Add cocoa and mix. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crusts. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 50-60 minutes or until set. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
