CHOCOLATE NUT PIE | |
1 stick butter, melted and cooled 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. bourbon 1 unbaked pie shell (8 or 9 inch) Cream sugar and melted butter together. Add eggs. Add flour, chocolate chips, pecans, vanilla and bourbon. Using a fork, mix well. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Center will look a little glassy. Cool for 2 hours before cutting. |
