NUT CUPS 
1 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
3 oz. cream cheese

FILLING:

3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter

By hand mix ingredients for dough well and form into 24 balls. Press into mini cookie tin.

By hand mix ingredients together for filling. Spoon into mini cookie tin on top of dough shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake for 15 more minutes. Tops should be light brown. Remove from cookie tin, cool and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. (These are delicious.)
