STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread, cubed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 doz. eggs (Egg Beaters may be used)
2 c. milk
1/2 c. maple syrup

Mix eggs (or egg substitutes), milk, and maple syrup together.

Put one half of the cubed bread in bottom of a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Crumble cream cheese over bread, and then put the remaining cubed bread on top. Pour egg mixture over the top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

More maple syrup may be added to individual servings.
