STROMBOLI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
2 tbsp. mustard
12 slices American cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Vegetable oil

Brown ground beef with onions; drain. Roll 1 loaf of dough into 15 x 12 rectangle. Spread dough with mustard (1 tablespoon). Layer 3 slices cheese, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, 1 package pepperoni, and half beef mixture on middle third of dough rectangle. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon seasoning. Top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella and 3 slices American cheese. Fold outer "thirds" of dough over meats and cheeses. Press to seal edges. Brush with vegetable oil and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon seasoning. Repeat with other loaf. Bake on greased sheet 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
