2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

TOPPING:

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup

Mix all of meat loaf. Place in greased pans add the topping. Bake at 350 degrees to 375 degrees about 50 minutes.
