BISCUITS ON CREAMY CHICKEN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked cut-up chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or 5-6 slices American cheese
1 (10 count) pkg. country biscuits

Cook or steam broccoli for 5 minutes. Heat broccoli, soup, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper just to boiling in large casserole dish. Add cooked chicken. Sprinkle cheese or cheese slices on top of casserole and top with biscuits. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
