CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST | |
1/2 c. frozen cholesterol free egg product, thawed 1/2 c. skim milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 12 diagonally cut slices French bread (1/2 inch thick) Spray skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray; heat to 350 degrees. Combine egg product, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in dish; beat well. Dip bread in egg mixture; turning to coat both sides. Cook in skillet about 2 or 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with powdered sugar or lite syrup if desired. 12 slices. |
