APPLE PIE FOR DIABETICS 
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
2 tbsp. butter
3 rounded tbsp. tapioca
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 or 7 apples (2 1/2 or 3 cups) sliced thin

Mix ingredients and simmer for 15 or 20 minutes or until thick. Put in 9 inch baked pie shell.
