PRIZE WINNING STUFFED SHELLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. onions, diced
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
2 eggs
2 (32 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. parsley
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

Boil sea shells 15 minutes; drain and cool. Brown meat and drain off excess fat. Add onions, Mozzarella, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley and seasonings; mix well.

Pour a half jar of spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a large baking dish. Stuff meat mixture into shells. Arrange shells in baking dish. Cover shells with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
