BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen drained broccoli, chopped
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion or more
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1/4 lb. butter
2 heaping tbsp. flour
A little salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs

Saute onion in butter; stir in flour. Add water and cook over low heat; stir until thick. Blend in cheese. Combine sauce and vegetables. Add eggs and mix gently until blended. Grease 9x13 inch casserole. Top with crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
