1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. Mazola oil
3 c. sugar
5 eggs, add 1 at a time, beating well each time
4 c. flour
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter, oil, and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake in a tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
