TUNA SALAD CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 pkg. frozen green peas, thawed (10 oz.)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 c. crushed potato chips
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup crushed potato chips and cheese. Pile lightly into 4 individual baking dishes or 10 ounce custard cups. Arrange dishes in circle on 12-inch plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crushed potato chips and cheese. Microwave uncovered on medium high for 4 minutes. Microwave until hot and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes, serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
