NEW YEAR'S CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
2 lemons
1 orange
3 oz. pineapple juice
4 oz. brandy or rum
1 sm. bottle sauterne
1 bottle champagne
Sugar, to taste, if needed

Mix the juice of lemons, orange and pineapple juice with brandy or rum. Add sauterne, and, if it isn't sweet enough, add sugar. Put a small iceberg, or make a congealed ice mold in punch bowl. Pour in punch; then, when ready to serve, add a bottle of champagne. Serves 16.
