POOH BEAR'S FAVORITE CORNBREAD | |
2 sm. pkgs. broccoli, cooked and drained 1 med. onion, chopped fine 1 stick butter, melted 1 (6 oz.) carton cottage cheese 4 eggs 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in 2 (8 inch) pans (or muffin tins, 9 x 13 inch, etc.) at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Muffins will cook faster. This freezes well. |
