1/2 lb. cubed American cheese
1/2 c. beer
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 beaten egg
6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
Toast points

Combine cheese, beer, butter and mustard. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Blend in egg. Stir until thick. Add bacon. Serve over scrambled eggs and toast points.
