PARMESAN BREAD STICKS 
4 slices whole wheat, rye or white bread
1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted

Trim crusts from bread. Cut each slice into 4 sticks. Combine cornflake crumbs and cheese. Brush bread sticks with butter. Dip in crumb mixture. Place breadsticks on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: 16 bread sticks. Can be doubled or tripled.
