SAUSAGE RING 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chopped peeled apple
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Bells seasoning

Beat 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk. Stir in bread crumbs, apple, onion, pepper and Bells seasoning. Add sausage and mix well. Put into a ring mold to shape. Unmold carefully onto rack in shallow baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
