SAUTEED FRUIT 
2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored & cut into thick slices
1 Anjou pear, peeled, cored & cut into thick slices
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
1 tbsp. butter
2 navel oranges, peeled & sectioned

In a small bowl, toss apple and pear slices with lemon juice. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add fruit and saute over medium high heat until apples are tender, stirring gently. With slotted spoon transfer fruit mixture to bowl. To same skillet, add marmalade, Grand Marnier and 1 tablespoon butter. Stir until melted. Pour sauce over fruit. Add oranges and toss gently. Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.
