1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch 1/4 c. butter 1 c. orange juice Boil 8 sweet potatoes until tender. Slice and arrange in baking dish. Sauce: Put sugar, flour, and butter in saucepan. Dissolve over heat. Add juice. When clear, pour over potatoes. | |
