SQUASH-SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
5-6 med. squash
1 lg. onion
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. shrimp
Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil squash until tender. Saute onions in butter. Add to squash in a large skillet. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink. Salt and pepper to taste. Put mixture into an oblong casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
