BACON, CHEESE, AND OLIVE TREET 
10 slices bacon
1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 eggs
8 toasted English muffin halves
Paprika or parsley

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut bacon into 6 pieces; fry until crisp. Combine cheese, olives, mayonnaise, onion, and eggs; blend well. Stir in bacon. Place muffin halves on ungreased sheet; spoon mixture evenly onto each. Bake uncovered for 12-18 minutes until melted and bubbly. Garnish if desired.
