BACON AND EGG BAKE 
6 bacon slices, fried crisp
2 med. onions, fried in a little bacon fat
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
5 hard cooked eggs, sliced
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper
English muffins, split & toasted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup, milk, cheese, eggs, onions, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Top with the crumbled bacon. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve over split muffins.
