OLGA'S STUFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. diced onion
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. raw macaroni
1/2 to 1 c. frozen peas
1/2 to 1 c. shredded cheese

Brown meat with onion. Add the liquids. When hot, add macaroni and peas. When almost done, top with cheese, let melt.

A 20 minute dinner. Can use turkey-chicken broth, can use canned tomatoes. A nice change is mixed vegetables. A recipe to make your own.
