2 med. sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. lemon flavor

Boil potatoes in jackets until done; remove jacket, mix with butter. Add eggs, milk, sugar, nutmeg, baking powder, flour, and flavor. Beat thoroughly until mixed well. Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
