SOY ASOKE CHICKEN WINGS 
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. soy sauce
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 lbs. chicken wings, disjointed & tips removed

Combine all ingredients except chicken wings; simmer until sugar dissolves; cool. Place chicken wings in shallow pan, pour marinade over; let stand at room temperature one hour, spooning marinade over wings every 15 minutes. Push wings into rows on shallow pan and bake 45 minutes in 375 degree oven. Serve hot or cold.
