VIDALIA ONION SALAD 
2 to 3 sliced Vidalia onions
8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Chill and serve.
