1 pkg. single layer chocolate cake mix

Mix as per package instructions in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING #1:

Beat together until fluffy: 6 oz. sour cream 1/3 c. milk 1/4 c. Brandy or Kirsch

FILLING #2:

Combine: 2 tbsp. sugar 1 to 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 to 2 tbsp. Brandy or Kirsch 1 c. heavy cream, whipped & sweetened to taste 1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
