DRUNKEN BIRD 
6 oz. honey
6 oz. dry sherry
6 oz. chopped walnuts
4 boneless chicken breasts
Garlic powder
Oregano
10-12 oz. sharp cheddar
1 seedless orange, cut in twists

Mix honey and sherry until blended, add walnuts; set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound breasts between 2 layers of wax paper. Then sprinkle breasts with garlic powder and oregano. Place 1/4" slice of cheddar on breast and wrap breast around cheese. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle again with garlic powder and oregano. Top with another slice of cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top chicken with honey, sherry and nut mix. Return to oven and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes Decorate with orange twists.
