FIRESIDE COFFEE MIX 
2 c. non-dairy coffee creamer (powdered milk)
1 1/2 c. hot cocoa mix
1 1/2 c. instant coffee granules (a little less)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Store mixture in an airtight container. Yield: 6 1/2 cups. To make one cup, spoon two tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of coffee mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir until well blended.
