2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. diced onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients and put in buttered 3 quart casserole dish. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 cups corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Uncover and brown lightly. |
