FRUITED MINT TEA | |
3 c. boiling water 4 regular sized tea bags 12 fresh mint sprigs 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 c. orange juice 5 c. water Garnishes: Fresh mint sprigs and orange slices. Pour boiling water over tea bags and mint. Cover and stir 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and mint, squeezing gently. Stir in sugar, lemon juice and orange juice. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slice and mint sprig on top. Makes 2 1/2 quarts. |
