1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal

Melt together butter, peanut butter, and chips. Pour box of Crispix cereal into a paper bag. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal a little at a time, shake after each addition. When all mixed, pour powdered sugar into bag and shake well. Pour into 2 cookie sheets to cool. Store in covered container. You may also add small pretzels to the cereal.
