STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM | |
1 pkg. powdered pectin 1 c. water 3 1/2 c. mashed fresh strawberries 5 c. sugar In large saucepan combine pectin and water, bringing to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Stir in strawberries and sugar, boiling 1 minute longer. Refrigerate overnight before packaging for freezer. Freeze in small containers. Makes about 4 cups jam. |
