MACARONI SALAD 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) macaroni, cooked
1 med. size onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 carrots, shredded
1 sm. red or green bell pepper, diced
1/3 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/3 c. low calorie low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
12 med. size pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Combine all ingredients except paprika, in large bowl. Mix well; cover, chill. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
