PINEAPPLE TRIFLE 
1 sm. pkg vanilla or French vanilla instant pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
6 slices pound cake
1 can crushed pineapple in fruit juice
2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 dessert bowls or 6 wide mugs

Mix package of pudding with 3/4 c. milk. When this is well mixed, add remaining 1 cup milk until well mixed. Chill. Break up pieces of pound cake into bottom of each dessert bowl. Spoon some pineapple, with juice, into each dessert bowl. Then spoon extra juice over pineapple. Remove pudding from refrigerator and spoon over the pineapple in each bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve to 5 lucky people and keep one yourself!
