ALMOND ROCA 
1 lb. butter
2 Hershey bars
2 c. sugar
Chopped nuts

Butter platter, cover with chopped nuts. Combine butter with sugar, stirring constantly until the color of a paper sack over medium heat. Then pour on platter and cover with Hershey bars. With knife swirl chocolate to cover sugar mixture. Then cover with chopped walnuts.
