AMISH CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Combine all ingredients and beat together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is a heavy cake.

FROSTING:

1/4 or 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and put on Amish cake. This must be refrigerated.
