SWISS CORN BAKE 
3 c. corn
1 (6 oz.) can of evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. melted marg.
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 3/4 of the cheese. Pour into a 10 x 6 inch baking dish, toss. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: If using frozen corn, cook until tender.
