BOB'S STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lg. green peppers
3/4 c. rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 yellow onion
Salt & pepper
1 1/4 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 tbsp. ground allspice
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Cut tops off and hollow peppers. Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add spices. Add boiled rice. Stuff peppers (firmly). Pour tomato sauce over and on sides of peppers. Bake covered for 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Remove cover and bake until tender (15 minutes to 25 minutes).
