2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal (blend in a blender to a fine powder)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
4 oz. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs

Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls, flatten balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake approximately 6 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies (recipe may be halved).
