FREEZER SLAW 
1 lg. cabbage head, shredded
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 carrot, shredded
1 green pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt

Boil all ingredients together (except for cabbage, carrots, peppers) for 1 minute. Pour mixture over cabbage, carrots and peppers. Cool and freeze. Remove from freezer 4 hours before serving.
